Sunday Brunch Cruise TO THE MAORI ROCK CARVINGS

 Cruise around the northern bays of Lake Taupo while you enjoy a delicious brunch on board. A full English style breakfast, fresh fruit platters, tea/coffee and croissants are all included. On a clear day you will have breathtaking views of the mountains as you make your way to the Maori rock carvings. No other scenic cruise travels further than Cruise Cat - we take you all the way to Kaipo Bay. Learn about the geological history and Maori mythology surrounding the lake with a live running commentary. Our friendly skipper and crew will you ensure you have a comfortable and fun experience.

This is the perfect way to spend a leisurely Sunday morning in Taupo. The *Brunch Cruise is on board our fabulous 70ft Catamaran and departs from the Taupo Boat Harbour at 10.30am and returns at 12.30pm. There is often the opportunity to feed the local ducks who have befriended us and fly alongside the boat. Bookings for this 2 hour scenic cruise are essential.

All our scenic cruises are subject to weather conditions. Should the lake be too rough to make it around Rangitira Point to see the Maori Rock carvings, you skipper will advise you of this beforehand.

Please note that tickets can be purchased  online or at our booking office located on Ferry Road at the Taupo Boat Harbour. No tickets are sold from our head office on Rauhoto Street.

Reporting time - Report in to the Chris Jolly Outdoors harbour office 15 minutes prior to departure. This office is the small green & gold building on Ferry Road at the Taupo Boat Harbour
